Survey Review

Get personalized feedback on your survey questions before you launch.

Survey-based research needs to be designed with intention

Poorly structured questions lead to invalid data, weak insights and missed opportunities. Survey Review ensures your questions are strong before your survey goes live.

Strengthen your survey before fielding

Survey questions are deceptively difficult to get right. Small issues in wording or structure can limit the quality of your insights, and those issues are often only visible after fielding, when it’s too late to fix them.

Survey Review is ideal for teams who are leading their own survey design — whether independently or alongside a traditional research firm — and want to ensure the questions produce meaningful, story-worthy insights before fielding.

Marketing teams running research internally

If you’re managing the survey yourself, this ensures your questions are structured for strong insights.

Marketing teams working with a traditional firm

If your firm expects you to draft the survey, this provides expert input before fielding.

Consultants & agencies

If you’re leading research for clients, this adds an extra layer of quality assurance.

How This Works

The process is designed to provide you with customized and detailed feedback quickly. Here’s what it looks like.

  • Complete an intake form and the first draft of your survey.

  • You’ll receive detailed comments directly in your survey document along with a short Loom video explaining key recommendations. This round focuses on strengthening question structure and ensuring your survey produces meaningful, story-worthy insights.

  • After revisions, you’ll receive a second round of comments to refine wording and confirm survey quality before launch.

  • Schedule a complimentary, 60-minute call to get feedback on your survey and/or get help with any aspect of your research project. (This can happen at any point during the process.)
